Project Manager for Brand Communications

The Project Manager for Brand Communications is responsible for the execution and operational management of brand communication projects — ensuring that every campaign, event, and creative output is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Storyscope’s standards of excellence.

This role leads the production, logistics, and creative operations across projects such as influencer seeding, brand events, video shoots, and design deliverables. The Project Manager collaborates closely with Account Managers to translate strategic plans into actionable timelines, ensuring every project runs efficiently and delivers meaningful brand experiences.

The Project Manager also plays a key supporting role in client relations — taking the lead on project-related communications such as production updates, supplier discussions, and executional presentations. This ensures clear alignment between client expectations and on-ground delivery.

​FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

​

Concept Development & Planning

  • Lead the planning and creative production concepts for events, seeding programs, media trips, video shoots, and branding deliverables.

  • Provide logistical and operational input during campaign strategy development.

  • Develop workback schedules, production timelines, and budget requirements.

 

Project Management & Coordination

  • Own all executional details from supplier coordination to on-ground operations.

  • Manage budgets, contracts, logistics, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure that deliverables align with the approved creative direction and client goals.

  • Maintain documentation of approvals, schedules, and reports.

Collaboration with Account Managers

Event & Activation Leadership

  • Lead concept execution, supplier management, and on-site operations for events and activations.

Product Seeding & Influencer Coordination

  • Manage logistics and distribution of seeding kits and PR packages.

Account Manager for Brand Communications

The Account Manager for Brand Communications is a key member of Storyscope’s Brand Communications Team and serves as the primary client contact for assigned brands. This role combines relationship management, strategic thinking, and creative campaign leadership — ensuring that every project brings the brand’s story to life across PR, influencer, and marketing channels.

The Account Manager oversees client relationships, develops communication strategies, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver cohesive brand campaigns. From managing media and influencer relations to overseeing creative outputs such as videos, events, or branding projects, the AM ensures that every touchpoint reinforces brand objectives and Storyscope’s standards of quality.

Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager leads the planning, execution, and optimization of a brand’s social media presence across platforms. The Social Media Manager works closely with Account Managers and Creative teams to deliver effective, insight-led social content while driving continuous improvement.

The Account Manager for Digital Communications is digitally fluent, creative, and organized to drive the digital presence of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing content strategies, social media accounts, community engagement, influencer relations, basic website and e-commerce assets, and performance analytics, while collaborating closely with cross-functional creative teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​

 

Social Media Management & Content Development

Content Producer

The Content Producer is responsible for the execution, coordination, and operational management of all content-related productions, ensuring that every shoot, digital asset, and creative output is delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with Storyscope’s quality standards.

This role leads the pre-production, on-ground production, and post-production, coordination for social media and advertising materials including photo shoots, video shoots, campaign materials, and content series. The Content Producer works closely with internal teams to translate creative concepts into fully realized content that is brand-aligned and production-ready.

The Content Producer also supports client and partner relations by handling logistical and executional communication such as shoot requirements, product coordination, permit requests, and supplier discussions. While the Account Manager remains the strategic client lead, the Content Producer acts as the primary point person for operational updates related to production.

​

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​

 

Content Planning & Creative Support

Pre-Production & Project Coordination

  • Lead the planning and logistical management of social shoots and production days, including coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Source and manage suppliers, talents, crew, stylists, props, and equipment to ensure timely delivery and high-quality production output.
