Senior Account Manager for Brand Communications
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is a key leadership role within the Brand Communications team, bridging strategy and execution across multiple accounts. The SAM is responsible for leading Account Managers and their teams, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery, building strategic client relationships, and driving the growth of the agency’s portfolio. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, client management, and operational oversight.
​FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients; manage escalations and strategic discussions.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Team Leadership

Media & Influencer Oversight
