FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Pre-Production & Logistics (The Blueprint)

-
Troubleshooting: Resolve on-ground issues (weather, delays, tech glitches) without breaking the creative flow.
-
Quality Control: Ensure every shot taken aligns with the approved storyboard and brand objectives.

4. Post-Production & Traffic Management
-

-
Final Review: Perform QC on all outputs to ensure they meet brand bibles and platform specs (9:16 vs. 16:9).

5. Project Ownership & Client Support
-
Accountability: Take full ownership of a project’s success from the initial brief to the final archive.
-
Client Interface: Support Account Managers in client meetings by providing logistical updates and production timelines.

Portfolio: A proven track record of managing social-first content (TikTok, Reels) and larger production campaigns from ideation to delivery.
-
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in project management tools
-
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem (specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop) to effectively communicate with editors and designers.
-
Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and native creation tools.

-
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence (EQ) for managing talent and client expectations on set.
-
The ability to remain calm and decisive under high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
-
Extreme attention to detail (the type of person who spots a typo in a 60-page storyboard).
-
-
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late nights on shoot days, and travel to locations as needed.
